DELIVERY

Thank you for choosing kamron Game Makers llc. We are committed to providing you with high-quality game development services and digital assets. Please carefully read the following terms regarding digital delivery. By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Definition of Deliverables Digital deliverables (“Deliverables”) include, but are not limited to: custom game source code, game engine project files (such as Unity/Unreal projects), 2D/3D art assets, sound files, compiled game builds (Executable Builds), Software as a Service (SaaS) access, and related technical documentation. All deliverables are delivered digitally and do not include mailing any physical media (such as CDs or USB drives).
  2. Delivery Methods and Notifications

Delivery Channels: All digital files will be delivered via one of the following methods:

Secure Download Link: Sent to the email address you specify in your order (usually a password-protected cloud storage link, such as Google Drive or Dropbox).

Source Code Repository: By inviting you to join a private Git repository (such as Github, Gitlab).

Direct Transfer: For very large files, we may use Aspera or a dedicated FTP server for transfer.

Notification: Once the file is uploaded or ready, we will send a “Delivery Completion Notification” containing download instructions to your primary contact email address ([email protected], [email protected]). It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the provided email address and check your spam/junk mail folder.

  1. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties (such as a timeline specified in the project contract), digital delivery will be completed within 3 to 5 business days after final payment is received and all client-provided materials are complete.

Custom Development: For custom game development projects, specific delivery milestones (Alpha, Beta, Gold Master) will be based on the timeline in the “Software Development and Service Agreement” signed by both parties.

Disclaimer of Delay: kamron Game Makers llc shall not be liable for breach of contract due to delivery delays caused by force majeure (such as network backbone interruption, cloud service provider failure, natural disasters), but we will promptly notify you and negotiate remedial measures.

  1. Delivery Acceptance and Risk Transfer

Inspection Period: You must inspect the deliverables within 7 calendar days of receiving the Delivery Completion Notice (“Acceptance Period”).

Acceptance Criteria: The deliverables shall conform to the technical specifications stipulated in the project contract. Minor bugs or defects that do not affect core functionality should not be grounds for rejection but should be included in the subsequent maintenance list.

Deemed Acceptance: If you do not raise any written objections during the Acceptance Period, or if you have downloaded, unzipped, deployed, or commercially used the digital product, the deliverables will be deemed to have received final acceptance.

Risk Transfer: The risk of loss, damage, or data breach of the digital product transfers to you from the moment the deliverables become available for download or access (i.e., after we issue the notification). We recommend that you download and back up your data immediately.

  1. Re-delivery and Download Failures

Download Failure: If the download link is invalid or the file is corrupted, please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the notification. We will provide a re-delivery link free of charge.

Re-obtaining: If you need to re-obtain the installation package or files after 30 days, we may charge a service fee (for data recovery and bandwidth costs), but we do not guarantee that all historical versions will be permanently stored.

  1. Intellectual Property and Licensing

The ownership of intellectual property rights for digital deliverables (such as source code and art assets) is subject to the project contract. Unless specifically agreed to “buy out the copyright,” the deliverables are only licensed for internal use or specific commercial purposes, and unauthorized decompilation or secondary distribution is prohibited.
